About the Role: The Asset Management Analyst will contribute to property and portfolio level reporting and analysis to support strategic planning at the property and portfolio level. The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily. Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or mathematics required.
• Proficient in Excel
• Strategic and agile thinker with the ability to adapt to change

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi or Argus a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and develop financial reports for planning, forecasting, trending, and variance analysis against actual business performance.
• Collaborate with other members of the Asset Management team and various departments throughout the organization to compile financial results.
• Conduct business, financial, and operational analyses to influence results and support senior-level decision-making.
• Analyze properties' profit and loss statements to improve management decision-making by identifying performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide data on the achievement of financial objectives and analyze business issues and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly commentary, key company initiatives, business results, and analyses for senior management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
