Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Specialist to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue through high-velocity hardware decommissioning opportunities and expanding Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) penetration within our client base. You will join a high-energy team at the Tampa Sales Hub dedicated to capturing market share in the rapidly expanding IT asset sector.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably within hardware, logistics, or Information Technology services.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware lifecycles, server configurations, and the value propositions surrounding sustainability and carbon reduction.
  • Proven ability in pipeline science, managing over 50 active opportunities simultaneously using Salesforce or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of hardware decommissioning opportunities: including laptops, servers, and data center racks—to drive consistent revenue and new pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology Directors, Chief Information Officers, and Data Center Managers: position Iron Mountain as a strategic Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) partner, supporting their circular economy goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data destruction regulations: such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-88, while maintaining a rigorous Chain of Custody.
