About The Position

The Asset and IT Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment and inventory management for a fully remote telehealth organization. This role ensures that clinicians and staff have the technology and devices needed by managing inventory systems, device deployment, and vendor logistics. This position is located in the Stuart, FL Logistics Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing logistics, inventory, or IT assets—ideally in a healthcare, tech, or remote-first environment
• Demonstrated success implementing an inventory management or asset tracking system from the ground up
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management tools (e.g., Asset Panda, Snipe-IT) and MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune)
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance strategic projects and hands-on execution
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment where systems and processes are evolving

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred
