About The Position

What is the opportunity? The IT Asset Associate Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day Hardware Asset Management Processes. The Asset Analyst is responsible for managing Asset Management processes including fulfilment, rapid replacement of failed equipment and recovery as well as supporting operations associated with the IT Asset Repository. This role will track hardware and other IT commodity purchases, deployment, maintenance, utilization, recovery and disposal of hardware to reduce IT costs as well as limit business and legal risks related to the ownership and use of software and hardware, while maximizing IT responsiveness and Colleague productivity. What will you do? Manage hardware asset reconciliation and requested audit activities on a timely basis, including some financial, warranty, and maintenance/support information. Maintain precise documentation and accurate usage of the asset tracking system ensuring internal processes, procedures, tools and infrastructure are documented, maintained with accuracy, and adhered to in day-to-day operations and according to policies procedures and regulatory requirements. Work with Stewards and process managers to ensure an integrated approach to the design, implementation, and coordination of interfaces between Hardware and Software Asset Management processes and other service management processes. (Change, Release, Incident, and QA/Reconciliation, Enterprise Procurement, Technology Lifecycle Management etc.). Enforce the IT Asset Management processes, policies and standards, work instructions and activities in compliance within the established IT controls framework. Identify which CIs need to be managed and controlled from the basis of Asset, Configuration Management, and Inventory. Define the CI types and level of detail at which CIs are to be identified. Explore opportunities for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used IT assets to achieve full financial and usage efficiency of IT Assets What do you need to succeed? Must-have 5+ years of experience in deskside support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, managing user accounts, and providing end-user training. (Please note this is NOT a desktop support role; the knowledge and skills in regard to PC support are necessary for success in this role.) Mobile device management (MDM) experience, specifically with phones and laptops, including device setup, configuration, security enforcement, and remote troubleshooting Proficiency in ServiceNow, with demonstrated ability to manage incident tickets, track service requests, and generate reports efficiently Advanced Excel skills, including mastery of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas for data analysis, reporting, and automation Proven expertise in maintaining data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of organizational data through adherence to best practices and protocols Nice-to-have Prior experience working in a highly regulated environment Expertise in ServiceNow 2.0 What’s in it for you? This salary range does not include other elements that comprise our total compensation package, which includes the following: commission sharing eligibility for select roles, a discretionary bonus, a paid time-off plan, our 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, and our health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in deskside support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, managing user accounts, and providing end-user training.
