Asset Management Lead the end-to-end IT asset management process, including procurement, tracking, and disposal. Maintain accurate asset inventory records in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Acts as the point of accountability and knowledge for IT hardware and software asset inventory, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and other opportunities to leverage current investments. Monitor software license compliance and optimize usage to reduce costs. Develop and implement asset management best practices and process improvements. Financial Management Assist with IT budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare financial reports and dashboards for IT leadership. Support cost allocation and chargeback processes for IT services. Analyze vendor invoices and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaboration & Governance Partner with procurement, finance, and IT operations teams to ensure alignment on asset and financial strategies. Support audits and compliance reviews related to IT assets and financial controls. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial and asset management processes. Your Education and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management), financial analysis, or related roles. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management) tools and SAP ERP preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of IT procurement processes and software licensing models is a plus. Our Story. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management), financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management) tools and SAP ERP preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and software licensing models is a plus.
