About The Position

As an Assessment Center Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and training our dedicated Youth Care Workers. You will oversee the care of the youth served by the Assessment & Crisis Center, providing direct supervision, implementing care services, engaging youth in assessment activities, and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous supervisory or staff management experience, ideally in a social services setting
  • Experience working with youth in a supportive capacity
  • Valid NC driver's license
  • Successful completion of required screenings and trainings
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
