About The Position

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, is a leading manufacturer of commercial mowers and equipment for landscape professionals, located in Beatrice, Nebraska. This role involves performing assembly duties to produce finished products. Responsibilities include preparing work by following standard instructions, gathering parts, tools, and materials, and fastening parts together using various hand tools (electric and pneumatic). The position also requires maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, actively participating in 5S efforts, and learning a variety of different assembly stations.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.

Experience in using power tools helpful.

Responsibilities

Performing assembly duties to produce a finished product.
Preparing work by following standard work instructions; gathering parts, tools, and materials.
Bolting, screwing, clipping or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiative.
Learning a variety of different assembly stations.
