A Ceramic Core Finisher is responsible for the precise finishing, inspection, and preparation of ceramic cores used in investment casting processes. This role ensures that each core meets strict dimensional, surface, and quality standards before being delivered for casting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Carefully file, smooth, and shape ceramic cores using hand tools, , and precision instruments. Inspect cores for cracks, chips, or dimensional defects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications. Perform minor repairs (patch) or touch-ups to maintain product integrity. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols. Document work that has been performed and report any quality issues to supervisors and team leads. Minimum Skills Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. Communicating effectively in Speaking and writing. Give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and do not interrupt at inappropriate times. Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
