About The Position

The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling lighting products. They must operate with strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines without comprising quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lighting products as determined and trained by supervisor
• Ensure all lighting products are completed with a strong attention to detail and according to customer specifications and deadlines
• Maintain an overall understanding of the processes involved with lighting product manufacturing
• Uphold strong quality control standards and comply with all company safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret orders and locate parts in various locations within the plant
• Use sound judgement and adhere to safety protocol when making decisions
• Maintain strong time management, punctuality and organizational skills
• Act with integrity and respect
• Adapt to changes required by business
• Assume and complete all other duties as assigned by management
