About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Binary Associate for a printing and paper packaging manufacturing company in Moore County. This position works in the Binary Department and plays a key role in finishing printed packaging materials before they move to the Folding & Gluing Department. Once completed in the Binary Department, products move to the Folding & Glue Department for final finishing.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 45+ lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay on task

Responsibilities

• Work with printed paper packaging materials after the dye-cut/stamping process
• Tear away excess waste material from stamped products
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards
• Catch completed products off the line
• Stack, package, and load finished materials into boxes
• Palletize boxed products for transfer to the next department
• Lift materials up to 45+ lbs regularly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
