About The Position

You will be the Assembly Inspector for the team. Our team is responsible for ensuring that every component that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety. What You Will Be Doing As the Assembly Inspector you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections throughout all phases of assembly and manufacturing, documenting findings, and upholding strict quality standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform inspections of assembled and purchased parts to verify conformity to specifications, standards, and processing requirements. Accurately document any errors, discrepancies, or non‑conformances in a clear, legible manner and maintain inspection records. Utilize basic measuring equipment, blueprint interpretation, and computer tools to confirm proper identification, dimensions, and workmanship acceptance criteria. Follow all safety procedures and precautions to protect equipment, materials, and personnel, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Participate in internal and external audits and keep the work area neat, orderly, and safe. Requirements

  • Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing requirements
  • Basic computing literacy is required
  • 1 year, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with both internal and external customers
  • Experience working successfully in a team environment
  • Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required
  • Must have IPC certification, or ability to obtain certification
  • Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam
  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Demonstrated computer skills areas of LM tools including SAP, Apriso, Command Media, PAL and Windchill
