About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Assembly Associate who brings strong decision-making and expertise to the table. In this role, the primary duty is ensure the highest level of quality assembly of Toyota Material Handling's products and to support overall manufacturing goals.

Requirements

High School diploma and GED required
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Nice To Haves

2 Years of Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Final assembly of mechanical, electrical and electronic components for forklift parts
Adjust forklift parts: hydraulic and air system; bearings drive system; drive train; engine RPM; electrical and electronic systems; mast tilt; lift adjustment and alignment; toe-in adjustment
Check slings and hoists for safety considerations
Ensure quality of final assembly and adjustments of forklift mast
Consistently hit daily takt time
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Additional duties as assigned
