We supply industry-leading composite matting for multiple applications, including: large-scale utility, construction, oil and gas operations, the Olympics, Super Bowls and other world games, festivals, big-name stadium concerts and more. Signature Systems is hiring multiple Assembly Associates for our DAY and Night shift Assembly Associates assemble finished products and the parts that go into them. You will use tool use tools such as drills, circular saws, torque wrenches, deburring tools, nail guns, band saws, hand routers and small sledgehammers. To be successful in this position, you must be able to read and use a tape measure.

Requirements

  • Must be able to sufficiently read, write, and speak English due to the safety sensitivity of this role.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to adapt to environmental changes and working conditions, such as temperature and noise.
  • Must have transportation to and from work.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Experience working with hand tools such as the ones listed above preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install screws and cams into semi-finished product (large composite/plastic mats).
  • Weld mats with weld gun.
  • Debur weld seams.
  • Conduct quality control checks.
  • Maintain and keep work area clean.
  • Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
  • Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
