As an Assembler, you’ll work as part of a team that builds high-performance electronic equipment from the ground up. You’ll assemble electronic components, cable assemblies, and final products that meet our exacting quality standards. You’ll also be responsible for kitting parts, inspecting assemblies, and preparing units for shipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with small components and hand tools
  • Familiarity with soldering and de-soldering techniques
  • Able to read and follow work instructions and production orders
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in routine
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level experience welcome—we’ll train the right person
  • Good manual dexterity and physical ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform detailed work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using hand-held scanners is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Follow production drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions to complete assemblies
  • Precisely position and secure parts using soldering, crimping, screwing, or similar techniques
  • Assemble and install electronic components and subassemblies in housings and enclosures
  • Perform visual inspections and basic testing to ensure each unit meets production standards
  • Rework and repair units as needed following specifications or direction
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy of accessories and documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with inventory counts and kit hardware components for production
