Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. is required.
- Ability to perform sustained and repetitive motion for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day.
- Good vision at a close distance is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assembles parts by operating machines or using manual methods
- Performs sanding and buffing of parts.
- Lifting and moving of parts (up to 40lbs) from station to station
- Reads and follows all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Reports any deviations immediately.
- Trains other employees as needed.
