About The Position

If you’re the type who takes pride in building things right the first time — fast, focused, and with serious attention to detail — you might be exactly who we’re looking for to join our team as an Assembler at HAT (Human Active Technology). We design and manufacture ergonomic office solutions that move with the modern workplace, from monitor arms to height-adjustable desks and we do it all in a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled warehouse built for efficiency and innovation. As an Assembler, you'll work individually or with a team to assemble parts quickly and accurately while meeting high quality standards. You’ll follow detailed instructions, use hand and power tools, and help improve the process along the way.

Requirements

• Has a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Is comfortable standing for most of the day and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Has some mechanical aptitude
• Has strong attention to detail and works well in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assemble components quickly, accurately, and while meeting high quality standards.
• Work with your hands (and tools) to bring our ergonomic solutions to life in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Follow verbal and written instructions with precision (don’t worry — we’ll train you every step of the way).
• Identify non-conforming parts and offer suggestions to make things better — we love a good idea.
• Stay safe, follow best practices, and help us keep our environment clean, smooth-running, and hazard-free.
