As an Assembler, you play a key role in ensuring our products meet strict performance and reliability standards. You’ll work closely with production leads and experienced technicians, contributing directly to the quality of units that support our customers and long-term business success.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret production drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of material
  • Skill in soldering through‑hole and surface mount components
  • Manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts and hand tools

Nice To Haves

  • Basic troubleshooting and inspection abilities – preferred
  • Experience working under a microscope for soldering or inspection – preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Vocational or technical training in electronics or manufacturing – preferred
  • Up to 2 years of electronic assembly experience – preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and electro‑mechanical units using drawings, work instructions, schematics, and verbal guidance.
  • Prepare and install components—including resistors, transformers, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits—onto printed circuit assemblies.
  • Perform soldering and de‑soldering of through‑hole components and surface mount components using soldering irons and hot‑air tools.
  • Use hand tools, simple power tools, and basic test equipment such as multimeters to complete and verify assemblies.
  • Position, secure, and connect parts using crimping, fastening, bonding, or other joining methods.
  • Conduct visual inspections, go/no‑go tests, and basic troubleshooting to ensure assemblies meet production standards.
  • Rework or repair units rejected during inspection or testing.
  • Follow established safety guidelines, especially for handling chemicals and soldering materials.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, records, and reports.
