Assembles aircraft engines and sub-assemblies according to assembly floor sheets (AFS) giving necessary attention to the use and care of equipment, tools and safe working practices Ensures that quality and integrity of product is maintained at all times. Signs applicable assembly floor sheets (AFS) when operations are complete. Executes engine pre-dress, test and post-dress according to assembly floor sheets (AFS). Documents build, test or strip activities to ensure smooth work flow and coordination between shifts. Checks that tools, equipment, and parts are clean, FOD and damage free prior to & after use. Ensures proper care and storage of tools, equipment, and parts during assembly, test & disassembly of engines. Assists in troubleshooting during assembly, test or disassembly of engines performing various tasks such as cleaning hardware etc. Contributes to FOD prevention, continuous improvement and EHS cultures. Shift work required (2 weeks days, 2 weeks afternoons on rotation), alternate shifts may be required at times.
