Requirements

  • Proven assembly proficiency (validated through a practical assessment during the interview).
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds with reasonable accommodations.
  • A professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Positive, can-do spirit that contributes to a great team atmosphere.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check within one week of receiving an offer.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Pullman, WA, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical assembly and soldering.
  • At least one year of production, assembly, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components of Aqualab instrumentation according to work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform basic wiring and soldering as required.
  • Conduct visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and accuracy of assembly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
  • Record production data, test results, and quality checks in designated areas.
  • Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or deviations from specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and lead/manager to meet production goals.
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
