About The Position

The facility operates five to six days a week, producing items like Hillshire Snack packs, Jimmy Dean Breakfast bowls, and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches. The position is for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join the snack tray assembly team, responsible for assembling snack trays according to company standards, ensuring accuracy of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing and able to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be willing and able to work in cold temperatures ranging from 20 to 36 degrees

Responsibilities

• Assemble snack trays following established recipes and portion guidelines
• Inspect trays to confirm all required components are present and properly arranged
• Add any missing items to ensure product meets quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly
• Assist with other production tasks as needed
