About The Position

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment. The hours for this position are 10:45pm-7am, Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed. The starting pay is $18.80/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shifts. This facility operates five to six days a week and produces items such as Hillshire Snack packs, Jimmy Dean Breakfast bowls, and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches. The company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join its snack tray assembly team. This role involves assembling snack trays according to company standards, ensuring accuracy of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble snack trays following established recipes and portion guidelines.
• Inspect trays to confirm all required components are present and properly arranged.
• Add any missing items to ensure product meets quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
