Moog Medical Devices Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through substantial investment in research and development and leveraging our extensive expertise, we meticulously design and develop advanced infusion systems that enhance medication safety, optimize application performance, and effectively reduce medical expenses. We are seeking an Assembler Level IV on 1st Shift, 9/80 schedule. In this role, you will report to the Production Supervisor and will have an onsite work schedule in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Assembler IV has the primary responsibility to lead the production line and provide guidance, direction, feedback, and support to ensure the assemblers and production line are successful

Requirements

  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and understand verbal device/work instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a repeated basis
  • Close vision, distinguish colors, depth perception
  • Basic Math skills
  • Soldering experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Provide leadership
  • Held the position of Assembler II or III for a minimum of 12 months
  • Training on the majority of assembly jobs

Responsibilities

  • Read work instructions, verify work instructions match assignment.
  • Learn new work instructions as required.
  • Collect required materials from bins
  • Set up workstations per work instruction
  • Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed
  • Complete required training in a timely manner
  • Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested
  • Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required in work instructions
