About The Position

The Assembler IV is responsible for a wide range of skills including wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Perform assembly or wiring required for test preparation and final inspection Perform all assignments within acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements Perform assigned functions from oral and/or written instructions, drawings, and wiring schematics Use tools such as: Wire strippers Crimpers Wire cutters Impact guns Drills Pliers Handle materials following established procedures Maintain expected job progress and communicate problem areas or parts shortages Observe housekeeping and safety procedures; keep tools, equipment, and work area clean (5S duties) Perform other tasks as assigned Flex into other business functions as needed Work independently and as a team player with a sense of urgency

Requirements

Must meet ONE of the following:
1 year of electrical wiring experience
A completed technical degree in a related field
Connectors I & II certifications and 1 year of experience as an Assembler III
