Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
• Physically able to climb, bend, kneel, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing; or equivalent training
• Familiarity with Lean Principles (Standard Work, 5S, Continuous Improvement)
• Exposure to quality systems and manufacturing performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Apply manufacturing techniques to build high-quality aerospace components from detailed specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly of metal and composite structures
• Assemble mechanical, electro-mechanical, and avionics components and wire harnesses
• Execute chemical conversion, paint preparation, and apply coatings to meet corrosion protection and finish standards
• Follow established engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Work with moderate-complexity parts and assemblies in a safety-focused, lean-driven production environment
