We are seeking an experienced Asphalt/Paving Project Manager to oversee and manage asphalt and paving projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in asphalt and paving project management.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of asphalt and paving projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all work.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing cost estimates.
