About The Position

The Aspen Room Attendant h elp s prepare and serve breakfast and the après ski buffet to Trail’s End guests and owners .

Requirements

• Have or be w illing to obtain a food handler permit
• Requires split shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Be visible to guests and owners in the breakfast room to assist as needed
• Set up and clean the dining area, breakfast buffet, and après ski buffet
• Ensure buffet lines are maintained and kept full
• Assist with b asic food preparation
• Coordinate purchasing of food and beverage with supervisor
• Bus tables and wash dishes
• Perform deep clean s of dining area and kitchen as needed
• Other duties as assigned
