About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Ashby ATS Specialist to support our team in optimizing and enhancing our Applicant Tracking System following our implementation six months ago. This role is ideal for someone with deep, hands-on Ashby expertise who can provide both strategic guidance and practical support to improve system workflows, automation, and overall recruiting operations efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Optimize existing processes to ensure the ATS is fully supporting recruiting operations.
- Provide ongoing guidance to help bridge operational gaps post-implementation.
- Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
