DCM Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals who believe in the power of the performing arts to join our telefundraising team. We partner with prestigious arts organizations to maintain and grow their supporter base through subscription sales and fundraising campaigns. This is an opportunity to combine your sales skills with your love of the arts while supporting vital cultural institutions. Position Overview Contact existing donors, subscribers, and patrons to renew and upgrade their support Promote upcoming performance seasons and special events Call on subscription and donation campaigns Build relationships with arts supporters in your community
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in the performing arts
- Previous sales, customer service, or fundraising experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Tech-savvy with reliable computer/laptop, headset, and internet connection
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration
- Ability to participate in video team meetings
- Open to coaching and performance feedback
- Must be based in one of the following states: New York New Jersey Connecticut Massachusetts Illinois California
