YOUR MISSION: Supports theCorporate Affairs department using academic knowledge on a specific project/subject. Assist the department in administrative tasks. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Support the Corporate Affairs department by applying academic knowledge to specific projects and subjects. - Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. - Contribute valuable information to campaign plans to enhance public relations and government relations efforts. - Execute straightforward supplier and contract management tasks to support various campaigns. - Utilize public relations, government relations, regulation, and registration systems and protocols to deliver routine support services efficiently. - Facilitate stakeholder engagement by organizing actions, meetings, and events. - Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications and standard office software, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. - Gather and summarize data for reports to provide insightful information for decision-making. - Create, organize, and maintain files containing correspondence and records for senior colleagues, ensuring easy access and retrieval. - Support project management activities by carrying out a range of tasks to ensure project success. - Contribute to the planning and delivery of events, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meet all deadlines. Collaborate closely with design, development, sales, marketing, and delivery teams. - Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance in all work activities. Seek authorization from supervisors or managers for any exceptions to mandatory procedures. - Enhance process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. - Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required. - Basic experience with simple office and operational systems. - Very limited managerial experience.
