We’re looking for a Culture & Internal Communication Intern to join our small (but mighty!) team in our Park City office. This role is a great fit for someone with a background in social media, communications, or marketing, who’s also willing to roll up their sleeves for some hands-on support like shipping and organizing. It’s a mix of creativity and operations—and we make it fun.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Outlook
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook)
  • Comfortable learning new web-based platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support internal marketing and communication initiatives
  • Help manage and post content to our internal intranet
  • Create internal banners, flyers, and presentations using Canva
  • Assist with social media content and engagement
  • Help with general office coordination and management
  • Organize supplies and support office inventory tracking
  • Support or visual merchandising team with supply orders
  • Package and ship items to our stores and Team Members across the U.S.
