Requirements
- Licensed in the state of Washington by employment
- DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience with direct patient care
- Board certification in area of licensure
- Well versed in EPIC EMR
