About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). This is a hybrid position. Be part of something remarkable Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to: Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes. Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication. Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate. Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary. Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field Required
2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Required
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required

Nice To Haves

5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Preferred
