As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle-area patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. This post requires an Armed Guard Card or License. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Have an Armed Guard Card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff and members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Maintain a visible armed presence while monitoring for unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or disruptive behavior.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications to appropriate contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete security-related reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation; communicate observations and status updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
