This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities. You will remain highly visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns according to established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and/or unauthorized entry.
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as required by site protocols.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
Follow all company and client-specific guidelines while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
