As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Requirements

Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or breaches.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter criminal activity and/or policy violations at the location.
Complete detailed reports and document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or while responding to incidents.
Work closely with local law enforcement or emergency services as required.
Operate communication devices and security-related equipment according to site protocols.
Remain alert and aware of surroundings while on duty, adapting to changing conditions and requirements at the location.
