This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities as you conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.
At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding to situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns, and report observations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures and collaborating with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required.
Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and promote order.
Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
