Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: The Area Vice President, Sales - Northeast position, will be responsible managing and leading a team of direct and indirect sales employees to achieve revenue goals through the implementation of both strategic and tactical sales activities that maximize total company sales and profitability for the business. The position will develop, implement, and closely monitor sales strategy, field sales effectiveness, processes, and sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. The Area Vice President, Sales - Northeast will also be an expert in their market. This position will also be responsible for recruiting developing, coaching and directing other Sales Representatives, Sales Associates and Distributor Partners, within the defined market(s). They need to have a growth mindset and have strong collaboration with both internal and external partners. They need to be proficient in both revenue generation on a consistent basis but need to be equally focused on the support of non-revenue objectives that impact cash flow and the financial health of the business. They are the general managers of their areas.
