Join us on our mission of making the world a safer place The Area Vice President (AVP) provides senior level leadership and strategic oversight for operations within an assigned geographic region. This role is responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and people development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. AVP serves as a key link between regional operations and executive leadership, translating strategy into execution.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 or More Years of Experience in a Field Related to the Security Industry and/or Business Management.
  • Substantial, Progressively Responsible Experience in the Security Industry, Including Supervisory Experience.
  • Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience Sufficient to Perform the Essential Functions of the Job, as Determined by the Company.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Lead Change and Drive Performance.
  • Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.
  • Help Sustain Client and Employee Retention.
  • Strong Financial Acumen with P&L ownership
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Designation Desirable.
  • Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Strategy and Operations: Ensuring Consistent Execution, Performance Metrics, and Service Quality Across All Sites.
  • Own Regional Financial Performance: Driving Revenue Growth, Margin Improvement, and Cost Discipline.
  • Strengthening Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Serving as the Senior Escalation Point and Ensuring Contractual Excellence.
  • Develop Leaders and Uphold Standards: Fostering a High Performance Culture While Ensuring Compliance, Risk Management, and Operational Integrity.
