The Area Vice President (AVP), Dealer is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth across the Dealer channel within the West region. This role develops and executes regional sales strategy leveraging the full MasterBrand portfolio and serves as a key regional executive leader within the Commercial Dealer segment. The AVP is accountable for overall sales performance, dealer and agency effectiveness, customer relationships, and execution of enterprise strategy, while leading and developing a high performing regional sales team.
