About The Position

Peak ATSR is seeking an experienced salesperson responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships by promoting, selling, and delivering trailer sales and rental solutions within the assigned territory. Peak Industrial Company is made up of four different businesses that span across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Montana, and Texas. We are the dealership for and sell, rent, and repair Thermo King transport refrigeration equipment, trailer sales and repair, JCB construction equipment, and Club Car, Golf, and Utility Vehicles. We are a family owned and operated business and take pride in being successful as a team. We believe strongly in promoting from within for those who are eager to learn and grow. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (equipment, industrial, or related field preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Contact current and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned territory.
  • Perform direct mail, digital outreach, and in-person sales campaigns.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and financing options.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate delivery and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.
  • Operate forklift when required (certification preferred).
  • Perform general oversight of property and equipment as needed.
  • Protect company information by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies.
  • Travel regularly within assigned territory.
  • Always considers updates and developments to ensure ongoing efficiencies and development of the department.
