Requirements

Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 – 2 years tire experience and sales experience.

Responsibilities

Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests
Maintain Company and store goals in relations to: CFNA applications, SIPING, Alignment units, and lube ticket averages.
Answers phones
Inspect and diagnose: service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires.
Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
Identifies ways to maximizes new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and executes on that plan.
Recommend additional preventative services to customers using Commercial Tire Standards.
Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting Commercial Tire standards.
Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance.
Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards
May assist with the Administrative duties, inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery
May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers
Obtains monthly sales and GP goal and monthly unit goals
Supports company safety, professional and operational standards and adheres to all audit requirements
Performs other duties as assigned or needed
