Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years tire experience and sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests
  • Maintain Company and store goals in relations to: CFNA applications, SIPING, Alignment units, and lube  ticket averages.
  • Answers phones
  • Inspect and diagnose: service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires.
  • Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
  • Identifies ways to maximizes new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and executes on that plan.
  • Recommend additional preventative services to customers using Commercial Tire Standards.
  • Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting Commercial Tire standards.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance.
  • Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards
  • May assist with the Administrative duties, inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery
  • May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers
  • Obtains monthly sales and GP goal and monthly unit goals
  • Supports company safety, professional and operational standards and adheres to all audit requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed
