We are looking for an Area Sales Executive - North Africa that will be part of our company based in Casablanca, Morocco. The Area Sales Executive - North Africa is responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and driving market development activities in the assigned region. The primary focus will be on Vehicular Access Solutions and Automatic Doors and any products within the portfolio of FAAC technologies. This role also involves increasing awareness of these solutions among end-users and consultants and supporting system integration partners to secure project bids through a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree preferred (fields such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Procurement, or Project Management).
  • Skills & Experience: o 5+ years of proven experience in customer service or project management (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent math skills, and the ability to communicate mechanical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to organize and track sales/project data, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven "customer-first" approach with reliable follow-up and commitment to meeting promises.
  • Sales experience, including the ability to give presentations and adapt communication style based on customer needs.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic & French is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills in all languages.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning & Execution: o Plan and execute sales strategies to meet agreed business goals, including revenue and cost objectives. o Manage business portfolios and territories according to the market development strategy.
  • Account Management & Business Development: o Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to foster growth and loyalty. o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the North/Western African region. o Use a consultative sales approach to support system integration partners in securing project bids and delivering optimal solutions.
  • Product & Solution Expertise: o Educate end-users and consultants on FAAC Technologies’ Vehicular Access and Automatic Door solutions. o Provide expert guidance to system integrators on selecting the best solutions for their projects. o Ensure accurate and timely updates of opportunities and contacts in the CRM system.
  • Market Awareness & Strategy: o Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. o Submit detailed reports on market conditions, competitors, and sales performance. o Plan and execute local marketing campaigns within the assigned budget and timeline.
  • Industry Engagement & Networking: o Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to expand industry connections and enhance brand visibility. o Onboard and enable new security system integration partners to promote, sell, and support FAAC solutions in North Africa.
