We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Advanced Wound Management team as Area Sales Director, Key Accounts, West. This high-impact, field-based role will drive growth across our integrated selling organizations, leading a team of Key Account Directors and shaping our strategy in top-tier accounts. What will you be doing? As Area Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) strategy across high-priority accounts in the West. You’ll lead a team of Key Account Directors, drive cross-selling and contracting across the full AWM portfolio, and serve as the portfolio link for the business unit. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and frequent engagement with executive-level customer contacts to build relationships and deliver results.
