Coach & Develop: Mentor location managers and team members, fostering growth and preparing the next generation of leaders. Drive Performance: Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans that deliver measurable results. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in multi-site management, preferably in retail, service, or operations. Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable while building trust. A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality—you’re on the ground, not in the ivory tower. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
