Coach & Develop: Mentor location managers and team members, fostering growth and preparing the next generation of leaders. Drive Performance: Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans that deliver measurable results. Customer Experience: Champion our servants-heart culture, making sure every customer interaction reflects the ClearWater standard. Lead by Example: Model professionalism, work ethic, and enthusiasm every single day.
