About The Position

We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee our clinic locations in the SouthEast including Lacey and Hogum Bay. You will also have a home base in Renton where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is located. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide high-performing teams while fostering strong camaraderie with fellow Area Managers—a supportive network for collaboration and shared success. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Master’s degree preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
