About The Position

Janitorial Area Manager This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend coverage. managing the nightly operations in your area quality control budget management supervise and develop employees Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people. The ideal candidate must: have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or some equivalent Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred . be experienced in managing people have the skill to work smart and hard have a commitment to excellence have an ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity manage budgets have an appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees have an ability to interact well with customers This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and some weekend coverage is required. Starting salary is $55,000 year based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership, and management experience. Area Managers also are eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses.
