About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager for Adventist Health in Templeton, CA . The Area GM will oversee and direct the Environmental Services Departments f or two hospitals. This strategic leader will manage two salaried managers and a team of frontline employees at Sierra Vista Hospital and Twin Cities Hospital. What You'll Do direct all activities including financial performance, client retention, and policy compliance achieve, deliver and maintain company and client financial targets and goals manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees develop and maintain client and customer relationships oversee all environmental services day-to-day operations What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Requirements
