Requirements

• At least 10 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
• A desire to create a great place to work for your team and want to make your customer's day by providing excellent service and serving amazing products
• You are up for a challenge and love the excitement and fast pace of the restaurant business
• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• You are a natural and experienced Director of Operations and/or experienced multi-unit leader that sincerely values customers and champions teamwork
• You enjoy teaching, developing, and coaching multi unit leaders and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals
• You set high standards for yourself and the people you work with on your team
• You are honest, energetic, able to inspire your team, and be part of creating a great environment and culture
• Proven track record of maintaining a quality multi unit management team to include recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction
• Communicate well (verbal/written) with people at all levels in the business
