The Area Director is responsible for managing all operational aspects of assigned properties which include budgeting, marketing, leasing, people management, maintenance, documentation, reporting, customer service etc. This position requires demonstrated and proven success as a servant leader. This role requires the ability to lead teams, develop talent to promote and build a positive culture. A successful Area Director is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
