The Area Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within assigned market(s), as directed by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This role works in close collaboration with the General Managers of each property within the assigned market area. The Area Director ensures the success of the Sales team by providing strategic leadership, clear direction, performance feedback, and proactive support to meet departmental and revenue objectives.
